Valley Credit Services, Inc. was established in 1987 to better serve the credit and collection needs of Wisconsin. Mutual goals and communication with our clients has lead to maximum recovery, while maintaining our client’s professional public image.

Managing partner and co-owner since 2004, Jim Wesolowski is a licensed CPA and formerly worked at Schenck, S.C. in Appleton for six years. The president, Roger Shavlik, has been involved in credit and collections since 1964.

Bloodhound Software provides our collectors with all of the tools and features to make their job more efficient which ultimately leads to more recovery.

Accountability is a crucial component of Valley Credit Services, Inc. recovery service. Bloodhound allows us to create reports based on the needs of the client.

- Predictive Dialing
Integrated with our mainframe software and telephone systems, predictive dialing dramatically increases collector productivity by weeding through no answers, voicemail, and busy signals and only connecting collectors to live calls. As a live call is activated, the debtor’s information is instantly shown on the collector’s screen.
- Credit Bureau Listings
VCS has the ability to list all collection accounts on the debtor’s national credit file as well as retrieve their credit history to aid us in collecting on their account.
- Web Interface
Bloodhound Software allows our clients to have online access to their accounts 24/7. With a login and password, you will go into the secured site and may view and print reports at any time you wish.
